Change. It Is Time to Renew and Readapt

Overnight our lives have changed to the confines of our four walls. A sense of terror, grief, social confusion, anxiety and instability found us all. 

While we are faced with constant worrying news and daily changes, now more than ever it is key to look after your mental health and emotional wellbeing and focus on making the most of your self-isolation time.

Changes are inevitable. They offer us challenges and internal revisions, where values, routines and attitudes can be shifted.  Radical change brings us a chance to make a better future.

It is part of human nature to resist to change; we want things to stay as they are. It’s easier not to change – or at least it seems that way on the surface, but nothing in life remains constant. Much of the discomfort associated with change results from our fear of the unfamiliar, of failure, of being alone, and our resistance to altering the status quo.

If we resist changing, we most likely will create tension and potentially health imbalances.
