Delivery & Returns
At AusFlowers.co.uk, we accept payment by some of the leading payment processors.
Some of our delivery options require a signature on delivery, so if applicable we suggest you post it to your office or workplace instead of your home. Once the order is placed, we are not able to make changes or corrections. Please note we don't ship to PO Boxes; you must provide a street address.
Items shipped outside the UK territory are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
All items are beautifully wrapped to guarantee the packaging and product protection.
Delivery times and costs
Our warehouse team is very efficient and strive to ensure that orders are dispatched without delay. They usually start processing orders as soon as they are received and dispatch them between Monday to Friday. The team is committed to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 even though in rare occasions it may take longer. Notification emails are processed to inform and keep the smooth process. Orders received on a non-working day will be dealt with on the next working day.

What are the delivery options?
UK Standard: £3.49
(1 - 3 working days Monday - Friday)
FREE for orders over £20
UK Express: £5.95
Mainland delivery the following working day for orders placed before 1pm, Mon- Thurs. Orders placed before noon on a Friday will arrive on the following Monday. Excluding Bank Holidays and weekends.
UK Islands, Highlands and remote areas may require 3 - 5 working days.
International: currently not available.
Delayed/ Lost Orders
In the UK territory, the parcel is classified lost within the postal service system after it has been delayed for a period of 15 working days.
AusFlowers.co.uk can’t provide refunds until this period has been concluded by the delivery system.
Regardless of the method of delivery, AusFlowers.co.uk is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage, delay or lack of delivery of goods.
AusFlowers.co.uk will offer you a refund on unopened items returned to us within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original re-saleable condition. The refund will be issued excluding delivery, administration & payment processing fees and within 15 working days of receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected. To return any AusFlowers.co.uk items please follow these steps below:
- Contact our customer service team to obtain a Returns Form. Please make sure you provide your order reference number and which items you wish to return. Returns cannot be processed without a Returns Form. Contact Customer Service team here.
- Follow the instructions received by the AusFlowers.co.uk Customer Service team and post your product(s). Please make sure you include the Returns Form in the original packaging and wrap the unopened products(s) securely. The returned product(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. AusFlowers.co.uk is not liable for the cost of returning any goods.

Return Exceptions: Sales items or Samples aren't returnable. AusFlowers.co.uk assesses returns and cancellations on an individual basis and reserves the right to monitor customer cancellations or returns and refuse returns if a customer is repeatedly found to be buying and returning goods.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your packaging upon delivery. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 working days of receipt will not be accepted for return. You will be asked to return the product in its original packaging. AusFlowers.co.uk will replace the item to you free of delivery charge.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods as long as you send your notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to in their original, unopened and unused condition. This does not apply to special offers, customised kits or items that are listed as non-returnable. Please note that gift wrapping, delivery, administration & payment processing fees are not refunded.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team through our online form. Please provide your full name and order number as well as to make sure to request the "Note of Cancellation Form". Cancellations cannot be processed without this form. Before the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout you can cancel your order online at any point. After this, we can NOT guarantee to stop your order being dispatched as this goes to a queue processing system. If your order has been processed when we receive your Notice of Cancellation Form, you will need to return your order following the AusFlowers.co.uk Returns process. Statutory rights are not affected.
