In this month's video newsletter, Ian shares why Lichen, found on all continents except Antarctica, is such a crucial component of the Transition Essence and is beneficial to not only the living.

Lichen

"Yesterday morning my Australian Bush Flower Essences arrived. Joy filled my whole being. I had been meditating/dreaming while in my meditation room. I was floating in everything I was doing. Nice. I came out of the meditation and had felt a little tired and as I was working that afternoon thought I would continue to rest. Not to be. The white rooster visiting from next door started crowing outside my window. “Wake Up!” 5–10 minutes later the postal van with the Essences arrived. Thank you rooster!
This morning I sat with my Insight cards. I put myself in the Light and asked “which card for me today”. I picked Lichen – Allows one to be aware of the Light. I read in “Bush Flower Healing” how Lichen can help those passing over to go to the Light. I sat with the card and felt my Gran was with me. I had been to a Circle a month ago and was told that my Gran was now helping lost spirits to go to the Light. Lichen is my Gran’s card. She was my favourite when I was young. I always felt she understood me and allowed me to be who I was. Now we are Light workers together. Beautiful. Thank you!

Transition

"When my father was dying of lung cancer last February, for the last 2 days of his life he would take no liquids. I put apple juice, which he seemed to prefer, in a dropper bottle but he pushed it away if I tried to give him some. However, he always accepted the Transition Essence although I’d never told him about it. It was as if he knew it would help him to pass peacefully – which he did.

Space Clearing
