ABFE Flower Remedies and Essential Oils - Nourishing your skin and soul
One of the wonderful things about the Australian Bush Flower Essences is that they can be used harmoniously and effectively with aromatic substances, such as essential oils. The Bush Essences have a very short wavelength, which protects them from being antidoted by aromatic substances. This is why we can combine the Bush Essences with the essential oils found in our skincare, therapeutic creams and space mists. Homoeopathic remedies, which have a long wavelength, are negated by perfume, garlic, coffee etc.
By infusing our Skincare and Mists with the Bush Essences, we've been able to craft truly wonderful and unique creations that work deeply for you on an emotional level.
An important premise with the Bush Essences has always been to only take one bottle of essences at a time, except for an occasional one-off dose of another remedy, for example, Emergency or Cognis Essence, for an acute situation. If you were taking either a remedy combination or a single essence, but in the middle of working with this essence, you have a fall or receive bad news; for example, you could take a dose or two of Emergency Essence. Maybe you've got a work project with a tight deadline and are feeling overwhelmed or unfocused, then you could take a one-off dose of Cognis to help this situation. However, it is not advisable to take two different bottles of essences over the same longer time period.
It is OK, though, to be taking other essences in your Essence Creams, Skincare or Space Mists, which are different from the essence that you are taking seven drops of, morning and night, in your dose bottle. Similarly, you can be wearing an Electro or Angel pendant and still take a different Bush Essence orally.
